Justice Defenders (JD) is a charity organization working in Africa with the goal of defending communities through legal education, training and practice.
Project Title: Prisons' Justice Change-maker Project
Brief Description: The proposed project seeks to address the challenges of access to justice and inefficiencies in the judicial processes. ID will work in prisons and focuse on the prison environment as a catalyst for fundamental change, aiming to bring dignity and hope to prisoners.
Geographical coverage: Kampala, Mubende, Mityana, Kabaale, Kagadi, Gomba and Kakumiro districts.
