ISER is an independent, not-for-profit human rights organization responsible for promoting the effective understanding, monitoring, implementation, and realization of economic and social rights in Uganda.

Project title: Strengthening Governance and Accountability for Social and Economic Rights in Uganda.

Brief description:  The project will focus on promotion and recognition of Economic and Social Rights (ESRs) by engaging in monitoring, research, documentation and advocacy at local, national, regional and international levels to strengthen the legal protection and enforcement of ESRs in Uganda, thereby promoting accountability.
