Project title: Promoting a transparent,organised, productive and compliant extractive sector in Uganda

Project description: The project seeks to improve the transparency and accountability of the extractive sector in Uganda by enhancing public participation in the exploitation of petroleum and mineral resources, as well as generation, distribution and management of petroleum and mining revenues.

Geographical coverage: Busia, Namayingo, Mukono, Wakiso, Rubanda, Ntungamo, Isingiro, Moroto, Buhweju, Gulu, Tororo, Kabale, Amudat, Nakapiripirit, Kaabong, Mubende, Lira, Hoima, Nwoya and Buliisa districts.
